झांसी (सू0वि0)। जिलाधिकारी ने नगर निगम सभागार में पीस कमेटी की बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुये समस्त धर्मगुरुओं, सामाजिक संगठनों के सदस्यों से कहा कि ईद-उल-अज़हा का त्यौहार हर्षोल्लास से मनाये। खुद खुश रहे और लोगो को खुशियां बाटें। उन्होने कहा कि कोविड-19 के कारण हम सभी का दायित्व है कि इस महामारी से बचने के लिये सोशल डिस्टेसिंग व मास्क का प्रयोग लगातार किया जाये। उन्होने कहा कि झांसी की परम्परा रही है कि हर धार्मिक कार्य शांतिपूर्वक सम्पन्न हुये।
जिलाधिकारी आन्द्रा वामसी ने नगर निगम सभागार में ईद-उल-अज़हा (बकरीद) त्यौहार की तैयारियों पर मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं के साथ संवाद स्थापित करते हुये कहा कि प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है कि त्यौहार शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से मनाया जाये। उन्होने कहा कि कोविड-19 को लेकर जो शासन से दिशा-निर्देश प्राप्त हुये है उन्ही का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित हो। सामूहिक कुर्बानी प्रतिबन्धित है। सामूहिक नमाज भी नही होगी। घरों पर ही त्योहार मनाए व नमाज अदा करें। इसके साथ ही कुर्बानी के बाद अवशेष को खुले स्थानों पर न फेंके। उनका सही ढंग से निस्तारण हो। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि झांसी शहर विशेष रुप से पुराने इलाके में कोविड केस अधिक आ रहे है। अतः अधिक सर्तकता बरतने की जरुरत है। उन्होने कहा कि डायबिटीज, कैंसर, बीपी, सांस के मरीज पहले जानकारी दें और कोविड टेस्ट कर ले ताकि उनका समय से इलाज करते हुए उनका जीवन सुरक्षित किया जा सके। उन्होने जनता से अपील करते हुये कहा कि इंटीग्रेटेड कन्ट्रोल रुम जिसका नम्बर 0510-2371101 तथा 2371100 है, पर तत्काल जानकारी दे। किसी भी समस्या अथवा गम्भीर रोगों से ग्रस्त मरीज की उसे तत्काल चिकित्सा उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी। पीस कमेटी की बैठक में नगर आयुक्त अवनीश राय ने उपस्थित मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं से कहा कि अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दे, जो भी समस्या हो तत्काल बताये। समस्या का निस्तारण किया जोयगा। त्यौहारों में कोई कठिनाई नही होगी, यह विश्वास दिलाते है। नगर में सफाई व्यवस्था को और मजबूत करते हुए बिजली पानी की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। एसपी सिटी राहुल श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि गृह मंत्रालय की गाइडलाइन के अनुसार ही त्यौहार मनाया जायेगा। उन्होने उपस्थित थाना प्राभारियों को निर्देश दिये कि क्षेत्र के प्रतिबंधित पशु पालकों को निर्देशित कर दे कि वह अपने जानवर बांध कर रखे यदि खुले में पाये जाते है तो कार्यवाही होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि झांसी का इतिहास रहा है कि यहां हर त्यौहार पूर्ण शांति, सद्भाव और सौहार्द के वातावरण में मनाए गए हैं। इस परंपरा को बनाए रखने के लिए सौहार्द को किसी भी दशा में बिगड़ने नहीं दिया जाएगा कहीं पर कोई गड़बड़ी पाई जाती है तो सख्त कार्यवाही की जाएगी। पीस कमेटी की बैठक में शहर काजी ईदगाह इमाम मुफ्ती साबिर कासिम ने शासन को आश्वस्त करते हुये कहा कि सार्वजनिक नमाज अदा नही होगी और सामूहिक कुर्बानी भी नही की जायेगी। घरों पर ही नमाज अदा करेगे। यह बात लोगो को भी समझायेगे। शिया मौलाना शाहने हैदर ने कहा कि ईद का मौका है लोगो को खुशियां बांटना है। किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत नही होगी। त्यौहार पर बिजली, पानी की आपूर्ति निरंतर हो। याकूब अहमद मंसूरी ने कहा कि नगर के प्रेमनगर व सीपरी बाजार क्षेत्र में कुर्बानी अधिक होती है। जिस कारण वहां सफाई की व्यवस्था बेहतर होनी चाहिये। नगर निगम द्वारा वहां कुर्बानी के बाद अवशेष गाडियों से ले जाकर निस्तारण कराये। शहर काजी मोहम्मद हाशिम ने पीस कमेटी की बैठक में कहा कि शहर में सफाई व्यवस्था ठीक नही है यदि सफाई नही होगी तो स्वास्थ्य भी खराब होगा। अतः सफाई व्यवस्था अभी से कर ली जाये। हिन्दू जागरण मंच के विनोद अवस्थी ने कहा कि स्ट्रीट लाइट खराब है। उन्हे जल्द ठीक कराया जाए। त्यौहार में अंधेरा होने से समस्या हो रही है। इस मौके पर नगर मजिस्ट्रेट सलिल पटेल, सीओ सिटी संग्राम सिंह, अपर नगर आयुक्त शादाब अहमद, रोहन सिंह, अतुल अग्रवाल किल्पन आदि उपस्थित रहे। पीस कमेटी का संचालन सराफा बाजार व्यापार संघ के मुकेश अग्रावाल ने किया।
